I’m Christie Verbrugh-Post, and I’m the founder of Post Script
After almost 20 years in program management with the Government of Canada, my husband and I made the bold decision to move to Abu Dhabi in 2023 with our family. It was part of our dream to raise our children with a global perspective and to embrace new challenges and opportunities along the way.
One of the challenges I faced when I arrived was the overwhelming complexity of trying to navigate a new system, culture, and way of doing things. There were so many unknowns, and it felt like every step came with layers of questions and uncertainty. That’s often the case for newcomers, isn’t it?
It didn’t take long for me to realize that so many aspiring entrepreneurs here, particularly women, feel that same sense of overwhelm when starting or running a business. I knew I wanted to continue serving others and making a meaningful difference.
That’s how Post Script was born.
I believe that starting and growing a business should be a journey filled with excitement, and hope, and anticipation… but mostly confidence… definitely not confusion or overwhelm. Every entrepreneur deserves access to the right tools, thoughtful guidance, and a supportive community to help them succeed.
I’m committed to providing a safe, judgment-free space where my clients feel empowered to ask questions… no matter how ‘silly’ they might think those questions are (spoiler alert: they’re never silly). My approach is rooted in thoughtful research, education, and a deep respect for every brave step my clients take toward their goals.
I believe in combining practical guidance with gentle nudging when needed, always focusing on instilling confidence and empowerment. There’s no fluff or sales pitch… just honest, respectful support for those who take the courageous step to seek help and turn their vision into reality.
